It is Thursday, May 6th. We leave on the 11th! Wow! Time has gone by quickly. I am sorry I have not posted in a lonnnggg time, but nothing very significant has happened. I have raised my money and my team is so siked to be going very soon! Right now, I am working on a journal for the trip. I made Ashley Oliver (a fellow CCU short-term missionary) a journal for her Uganda trip. They leave on the 10th and get back the 27th, please keep her and her team in your prayers as well.
I have to pack today! (and clean) The notion that everything will (and must) fit in one suitcase and backpack, is baffling to a compulsive overpacker (which is what I am). I am trying to convince myself that I do not need that shirt and those shoes, etc. 25 days though! A lot of things COULD be needed within that time span, I mean it's almost a month! Lanta.
Okay. I must start to accomplish this feat of impossibility!
